April’s shower are extending to May but it means more beautiful flowers hopefully.
Besides our regular group classes in May, there is a special set of 3 workshops Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss on 3 Saturdays, May 14, May 21 and June 4.
The series includes 3 hypnosis sessions, reinforcement audio CD, journaling, and group support. The classes are being held at the Hypnosis counseling center office on 28 Mine St. Flemington.
The Smoking Cessation classes are from 9:00-10:00am and the Weight Loss series is from 10:00-11:00am.
The cost for the three sessions series is $119 and is limited to 10 people. The series is usually $199. Registration starts immediately and participants will be accepted 1st come…1st served. Don’t wait because these series usually sells out.
