Beware fo Temptations and Goblins

For those of you trying to obtain or remain on a healthy lifestyle, the season of temptation starts on Halloween. Now be honest, how many of you steal some of your kids Halloween bounty. Whatever your rational (and we all make excuses) it’s not a great idea.

Next come Thanksgiving, which should be the essence of gratitude shared with friends and family. Unfortunately, it often becomes stuffing ourselves, widening our belt and maybe falling asleep on the coats in the bedroom.

Finally the holiday season and all the parties surrounding them all the way through New Year’s Day.
