For this reason, I offer a maintenance plan. This program is designed to help you sustain your goals more easily.
Is Success Permanent?
Many of my clients maintain change indefinitely after short term therapy. Others need a bit of support along the way. To illustrate, let me share with you the story of Jay Smith.
Jay was a two-pack-a-day smoker many years ago when cigarettes were about $3.25 per pack or $2,400 per year for him. (Now two packs a day totals $6,000 per year!) Jay had a habit of coming to my group class after which he would quit cigarettes for two to three months in a row. When he began seeing me individually, Jay noticed he was able to easily quit smoking for four to six months at a time. He decided to see me every three months. He said at the time “I would rather spend a few hundred dollars a year with you and remain smoke free than spend thousands of dollars to kill myself.” Even though he’s been smoke-free over ten years, Jay still sees me every three months, to ensure his success.
How the Maintenance Plan Works
First, contact Hypnosis Counseling Center to request a maintenance plan. We will decide together what will serve you best and make sure you’re in our database for future discounts.
If you’ve already attended a group class for smoking or weight loss, you will receive a 20% discount on your maintenance program.
If you’ve completed hypnotherapy on a specific topic and want to continue with the same topic an ongoing basis, we will plan annual, quarterly or monthly maintenance sessions for you. I’m happy to offer you a 20% discount on your maintenance sessions. (This means, for every four sessions, your fifth session is FREE!)
New issue? No problem!
After you’ve completed hypnotherapy on a specific topic, you may wish to return to resolve a different issue and bring transformation to other parts of your life. If this is the case, I’m happy to offer you a 20% discount on your initial session for the new topic.
